Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, or accidental order.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email us at [your email] with your order ID and photo/video evidence of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.

  • After inspection, we will initiate either a replacement or store credit/refund, depending on your preference.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product delivered

  • Canceled orders (see below for conditions)

Refund Timeline:

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be made to the source account. For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

   How to Cancel:
  • Email or WhatsApp us with your order ID immediately.

  • If eligible, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund (for prepaid orders).

Exceptions

We reserve the right to reject any return/refund request if:

  • The product was used or tampered with

  • The request is made beyond 48 hours of delivery

  • There is no valid reason or evidence of the issue
