Product Information

  • We sell 100% natural honey, carefully harvested and packaged under hygienic conditions.

  • While we ensure accurate product information, color, taste, and texture may vary slightly due to natural factors like region, season, and floral source.

  • Our honey is free from preservatives, unadulterated, and may naturally crystallize over time. This is a sign of purity, not spoilage.

Order Placement

  • Orders can be placed through our website by selecting products and providing accurate shipping and contact details.

  • Once placed, an order confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

  • We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST).

  • We accept secure online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

  • For cash on delivery (if offered), full payment must be made at the time of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 days based on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or remote areas.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If the order is undeliverable due to incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, return charges may apply.

Returns & Refunds

  • Since honey is a consumable food item, we do not accept returns unless:

    • The product is damaged during transit.

    • The wrong item was shipped.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed if issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photo/video evidence.

  • Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days after approval.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, no cancellations are allowed.

  • Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Our honey is naturally processed and bottled in a clean, hygienic facility.

  • However, honey is not recommended for infants under 1 year of age due to the risk of infant botulism.

  • If you have allergies or health concerns, consult a doctor before consuming any natural products.

  • All content, logos, packaging designs, and images on this site are owned by Amrut Honey and protected by copyright.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our site or products.
