Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Amrut Honey, we are committed to delivering high-quality natural honey to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read through our Shipping and Delivery Policy to understand how we handle your orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. Orders are not processed on public holidays or weekends. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your products arrive in the best possible condition. The delivery method will depend on your location, and the available shipping options will be displayed at the time of checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: Available in select locations, with a faster delivery time (typically 1 to 3 business days).

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to most locations across India. However, there may be some remote or restricted areas where delivery is unavailable. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative solution.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the courier’s website using the provided tracking details.

Failed Deliveries

If the delivery address provided is incorrect or if there is no one available to accept the delivery, the courier will make a second delivery attempt. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us, and we may charge additional fees for reshipping.

Please ensure that the address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Packaging

All of our honey products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the rare case that your product arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or a refund based on our Refund & Return Policy.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within India. We do not accept international orders at this time. If you would like to inquire about future international shipping options, please feel free to reach out to us at connect@amruthoney.com.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you on time, there may be unforeseen delays due to factors such as weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updated delivery information.
